Returns & Changes
All executed orders are final and there is no refund, compensation or exchange for the products contained.
We can guarantee the good status of each product before shipment. In the case of damaged products during the shipment, if it is obvious please DO NOT ACCEPT the parcel, otherwise you will need to immediately contact your local post office and fill in the relevant Compensation form. Order Cancelling & Changes
An order can be canceled if your order has not been processed by our competent department. Removing products from your order is also feasible under the same condition. In any case, any change to your order can be made after contacting our company’s telephone center or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
