Return Policy  

All executed orders are final and there is no refund, compensation or exchange for the products contained.

We can guarantee the good status of each product before shipment. In the case of damaged products during the shipment, if it is obvious please DO NOT ACCEPT the parcel, otherwise you will need to immediately contact your local post office and fill in the relevant Compensation form. However, in our effort to keep our company close to the needs of each customer, specific cases can always be re-examined. In any case, please contact us. at info@theolivetree.com

Order Canceling & Changes

An order can be canceled if your order has not been processed by our competent department. Removing products from your order is also feasible under the same condition. In any case, any change to your order can be made after contacting our company’s telephone center or by sending an email to info@theolivetree.com

Delivery Failure – Return of Parcel

If the courier company (TNT FEDEX) is unable to deliver your parcel because you have provided an incorrect delivery address or you are not present at the time of delivery, we will normally be notified of the delivery failure and contact you by email in an attempt to locate you and complete the delivery process.
If you have chosen ELTA Hellenic Post (Standard post office) as the shipping method and you have provided an incorrect delivery address or you are absent at the time of delivery, then your parcel cannot be delivered. We are usually not notified by the post office and cannot notify you by email.

If, despite our efforts, the package is returned to The Olive Tree in Greece, due to the above, i.e. due to your own fault, you will only be refunded the amount of the value of the products and not the shipping costs.
