The Perfect Skincare Routine for Ages 38-45

Follow a simple face care routine to keep your skin healthy and good looking. As we grow older our skin changes and we need appropriate products to help us protect and treat our skin. The face care routine that follows covers the skin needs of ages 38 to 45 with carefully selected products from our collection.

Cleansing 

The basic rule, in order to get the most out of skin care products, is to start with the right cleansing. It is important that we clean our faces twice a day especially before we use any product, so the skin can better absorb the ingredients. Dermatologist advice us to use a soap bar for deep cleansing but not everyday. The right way to clean your face is to use a liquid face wash soap one day and the next day a cleansing milk and a facial toner.</p

Face scrub

Exfoliation is necessary step twice a week after face wash. An exfoliating product is the best way to remove the dead cells and bring on the surface a new fresh layer of skin. Always clean your face before exfoliating to prevent any small infections or irritations. Do not over do it, gently massage of the product on your face for one minute is enough. Use a light – medium concentrated  product. In case of sensitive skin use i mild exfoliator.

Face mask

Apply a face mask once a week. It helps skin to remain fresh and shiny. Choose the product that best fits your needs. If your skin needs hydration choose a moisturizing face mask. If your skin needs a bit tightening choose a face mask with a firming action below you will find a firming face mask with an immediate action. If a dry – sensitive skin is your case try a soothing face mask which will hydrate and calm your skin. Apply your face mask after your face exfoliation. Remember that exfoliation is an important step before the face mask because it removes the dead cells allowing the skin to better absorb the ingredients of your face mask.

Face oil
